Jerry West and tOBITUARY: Victor Dale Lee, 1949-2024

Date:

Victor Dale Lee
Conceived January 24, 1949
Passed April 22, 2024
Age 75

Victor was conceived on Jan 24, 1949 in Stronghold Worth, Texas. He joined and graduated secondary school at St. John’s Northwestern Military Foundation in Wisconsin. He momentarily got back to Texas to go to school, yet moved back to Wisconsin to marry Judith Wagner (Lee), whom he had met while going to St. John’s.

They had one child, Christopher Lee. There they owned and worked a little hand crafted candle store.

In the same way as other youngsters of his age they were enlivened by the Mid year of Adoration. They embraced the hipster nonconformity and moved the family to San Jose in 1974. He spent most of the following 30 years working and living in and around the San Francisco Cove Region, at one point living on the waterfront in Alameda.

In 2006 he took the action to resign to Aha. In 2015 Victor remarried Linda Robb, yet unfortunately was bereft in 2020. At the hour of his passing, he was an occupant of The Cabin in Aha, where he had a few companions locally. .

Victor was an eager peruser his whole life, and delighted in otherworldly books and provocative science fiction. He was an ardent 49ers fan, and he cherished the perspectives on Humboldt Area redwoods and the California coast.

Tragically, on April 22, 2024 Victor lost his long fight with pneumonic fibrosis. Ayers Family Incineration set him up for his last wishes — to have his remains dispersed adrift in the Pacific Sea he cherished. He will be fondly remembered.

The tribute above was submitted in the interest of Victor Lee’s friends and family. The Lost Coast Station runs tribute of Humboldt Region inhabitants at no charge. See rules here.
